YELLOWSTONE ACQUISITION COMPANY (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the NASDAQ
Stock Market, LLC (“NASDAQ”) and will trade under the ticker symbol “YSACU” beginning on October 22, 2020. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common
