Mr. Cooper Takes Rapid Action to Reverse Invalid Payments

On Saturday April 24, 2021, Mr. Cooper discovered that its electronic payments vendor, ACI Worldwide, inadvertently issued incorrect mortgage payment drafts while conducting a test of their system.
